James Daly

James is a qualified personal trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist coach.

 

Having amassed nearly 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry, James has worked with a diverse clientele that includes multinational companies, brands, celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people.

​

James' ethos and philosophy is centered around an authentic, gimmick-free approach. His intention is to help people cultivate a healthy balanced lifestyle, with a prime focus on mind, body and soul.

Steve Harding

Mindfulness Coach, Mindful Men Talk

Steve is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and he has been practising mindfulness since 2007, having attended an 8 week MBSR course in North London. 

​

Since then Steve has visited numerous mindfulness workshops and events, and in 2012 he decided to train to become a mindfulness teacher. In 2017 Steve was awarded Bangor University's Certificate of Competence in Teaching Mindfulness Based Approaches (MBSR).

 

In addition to teaching mindfulness courses Steve is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and prior to this spent 20 years as an accountant, mainly in the heady world of TV broadcasting and production.
